About Role
TRINITI is seeking a proactive, strategic, and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the firm’s growth by strengthening business development initiatives and expanding its client pipeline. This role is ideal for a professional who understands how advisory businesses grow and who excels in generating qualified leads, nurturing early-stage business opportunities, and supporting professionals throughout the sales cycle.
You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, creating opportunities that partners and associate partners can further develop into long-term engagements, and building a systematic approach to business development across the firm.

• Support partners in planning and executing their business development activities, including individual BD planning, cross-selling opportunities, and the development of BD capabilities.
• Work closely with partners to ensure smooth handover of high-potential opportunities and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and capability statements, ensuring compelling and client-focused messaging.
• Support the firm’s submissions to international legal rankings and directories (Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, IFLR1000).
• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, targeted outreach, and business development campaigns.
• Strategically plan client events, seminars, and networking activities aimed at attracting new prospects and strengthening existing relationships, and support their execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve a firmwide business development and sales system, ensuring consistent processes and reliable data for performance measurement and decision-making.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with practice group and firmwide priorities.
• Maintain and enhance CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Requirements
• Proven business development experience within professional services (legal, business consulting, finance, audit, or related fields).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with senior-level professionals.
• Strong writing abilities, capable of producing clear, compelling business development materials.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations with potential clients, and support the creation of new opportunities.
• Analytical approach with the ability to gather and interpret market and business development data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in developing and implementing business development processes, systems, and tools, with a strong understanding of CRM and performance measurement.
• Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to drive activities independently.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• University degree in business, communication, law, marketing, or a related field.
What Our Client Offers
Compensation: 4,000–5,000 EUR gross per month. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience and seniority level. The compensation package may also include a performance-based variable component, subject to individual agreement.
