Customer Success Manager
About Client
INLOCUS is a growing HR tech company developing an employee and organisational assessment platform for businesses. It combines research in management and organisational psychology with practical business experience and data analytics to help organisations make informed decisions about their people. The platform is used by companies across the Baltics and internationally.
The team brings together expertise in HR management, consulting, organisational psychology, and technology in an open, collaborative environment. Decisions are made quickly, initiative is valued, and everyone is ready to contribute to a shared goal.
About Role
This role centres on helping customers have a smooth experience with the INLOCUS platform. You will communicate with company representatives by phone, email, and in online meetings, helping them get started, answering day-to-day questions, and ensuring they receive the support they need.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys communicating, explaining things clearly, and finding practical solutions. You should feel comfortable starting conversations, listening to customers’ needs, and following issues through to resolution. Experience in customer service or a call centre would be helpful, but a willingness to learn, a responsible approach, and initiative matter most.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide customers on using the INLOCUS platform, its features, and day-to-day tasks;
• Create platform user guides and produce video tutorials using AI tools;
• Help new customers get started with the platform, introduce its core features, and answer practical questions;
• Proactively contact customers to check how they are getting on with the platform and help them overcome any difficulties;
• Log customer enquiries, accurately record information and agreed actions, and follow up on their completion;
• Resolve routine usage questions, refer more complex technical or assessment-related enquiries to the relevant colleagues, and keep customers informed of progress;
• Collect customer feedback, identify recurring questions, and share insights with the team;
• Help create and update user instructions and answers to frequently asked questions.
Requirements
• Clear and accurate communication in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written;
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain constructive when supporting a dissatisfied or confused customer;
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly;
• Attention to detail when recording information, a commitment to following through on agreed actions, and the ability to prioritise tasks;
• A proactive approach: you recognise when customers need help, look for solutions, and involve colleagues promptly when needed;
• Adaptability, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach to working in a growing team;
• Polish or Swedish language skills would be an advantage.
Experience in customer service, a call centre, or a similar role would be an advantage. An interest in technology, HR management, or organisational psychology would also be helpful.
