About Role
This role focuses on keeping the company’s administrative processes running smoothly. You will work closely with the founders, quickly understanding their needs, picking up the essentials from a brief discussion, asking for clarification when needed, and independently finding a way to get things done. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys varied responsibilities and wants to understand how a business works.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the company’s administrative processes, organise information, and ensure tasks are completed on time;
• Arrange travel for the team and manage the associated logistics;
• Coordinate the logistics of the company’s participation in training sessions and events, and help organise events;
• Administer supplier contracts, coordinate their review and signing, and manage communication with suppliers;
• Maintain company records and provide administrative support with the preparation and upkeep of HR documentation;
• Oversee the work of a small team, coordinate tasks, and help colleagues resolve day-to-day organisational matters;
• Support the founders with day-to-day tasks, track agreed actions, and follow through to completion;
• Prepare and issue invoices;
• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve processes, suggest practical solutions, and help put them into practice.
Requirements
• Experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role;
• A proactive approach: you recognise what needs to be done, take action, and own the outcome;
• The ability to get up to speed quickly, understand the purpose of a task with limited guidance, and find solutions independently;
• Adaptability and resilience: you remain effective in a fast-moving environment, prioritise your work, and are comfortable with ambiguity;
• A thorough approach, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail;
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take on varied tasks to help the team achieve shared goals;
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn how the business works, and the ambition to take on broader responsibilities over time;
• Good Lithuanian language and strong computer skills.
• English language skills.

Salary: EUR 2,000–2,500 gross per month.
