About Role
Our client is looking for an MEP Engineering Lead to join its growing international engineering team. This is a key role combining technical expertise with the opportunity to strengthen, promote, and further develop an existing engineering function while contributing to the successful delivery of major projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of engineers, providing day-to-day guidance, technical direction, and opportunities for professional development while fostering a collaborative team environment
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to identifying new opportunities and developing long-term partnerships
Contribute to the team's growth strategy, including workforce planning and recruitment, in line with wider business needs
Support project delivery through leadership, technical oversight, and hands-on engineering expertise when required, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Oversee resource planning and allocation across projects, matching skills and expertise to project requirements while supporting the continued development of team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or alternatively in a related engineering discipline
Proven experience in team leadership, gained through project leadership and/or formal people management responsibilities
Experience working on large-scale, multidisciplinary building or infrastructure projects, ideally in a senior technical or leadership capacity
Strong understanding of international engineering consultancy services, including project delivery, technical quality, and stakeholder management
Professional proficiency in English is required
What Our Client Offers
A gross monthly salary of 4600 - 6000 EUR, with the final offer tailored to the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall profile
