About the Role

Our client is looking looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Projects Procurement Engineer who will contribute to the implementation of a construction project from its very beginning. In this role, you will coordinate contractor selection processes, analyse offers, monitor procurement activities in line with the project schedule, and work closely with the construction team on day-to-day project implementation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Organise tenders for the procurement of construction works, materials, and services.

• Analyse project and technical documentation required for procurement.

• Collect, evaluate, and compare commercial offers from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare procurement comparison analyses and provide recommendations.

• Coordinate the procurement process from tender launch through to contract award.

• Prepare and administer construction and supply contracts.

• Administer documentation related to procurement and construction projects.

• Collaborate with project and construction managers and provide support in the implementation of the construction project.

• Check contractors' documentation, completed works acceptance certificates, and invoices.

• Perform other duties related to ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.

Requirements

• Higher or further education in Construction Engineering. Final-year students may also be considered.

• Relevant work experience in construction project procurement or project management.

• Ability to read technical and construction drawings.

• Knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and procurement processes.

• Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD).

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.

• Ability to work in a team and effectively plan your own work.

• Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills.
