About Role

We are currently looking for a Construction Project Procurement Engineer for our client, the Pro Kapital Group. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of real estate development projects by coordinating the procurement of construction works, materials, and services — from analyzing project documentation and organizing tenders to administering construction contracts and collaborating with the project team.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member who will contribute to the implementation of a construction project from its early stages. In this role, you will coordinate contractor selection processes, analyze commercial offers, monitor procurement processes in line with the project schedule, and work closely with the construction team on day-to-day project implementation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize tenders for construction works, materials, and services;

• Analyze project and technical documentation required for procurement processes;

• Collect, evaluate, and compare commercial offers from suppliers and subcontractors;

• Prepare procurement comparison analyses and provide recommendations;

• Coordinate the procurement process from tender launch through to contract award;

• Prepare and administer construction and supply contracts;

• Administer documentation related to procurement and construction projects;

• Collaborate with project and construction managers and provide support in the implementation of construction projects;

• Review contractor documentation, completed works acceptance certificates, and invoices;

• Perform other duties related to ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.

Requirements

• Higher or post-secondary education in Construction Engineering;

• Relevant experience in construction project procurement or project management;

• Ability to read technical and construction drawings;

• Knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and procurement processes;

• Good computer skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD;

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach;

• Ability to work effectively in a team and plan your work efficiently;

• Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills.
