We are currently looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our client, the Pro Kapital group of companies. In this role, you will be responsible for selling premium residential real estate projects, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives that support the overall sales process.
Pro Kapital is an international real estate development and investment company operating across the Baltic States, specializing in high-quality residential and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities
Sell premium residential real estate projects and provide professional client consultations throughout the entire sales journey.
Understand clients' individual needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust.
Guide clients through the entire purchasing process, from the initial inquiry and project presentation to reservation, contract signing, and coordination of individual customization requests.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience for premium market clients.
Manage inbound sales inquiries, work with existing client pipelines, and proactively identify buyers for selected properties.
Initiate, coordinate, and oversee marketing and communication activities in collaboration with design and marketing partners.
Contribute to the development of project presentation materials, sales narratives, and communication ideas.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve shared sales objectives.
Support commercial real estate leasing projects when required.
Requirements
At least 3 years of sales experience working with premium clients, luxury brands, or high-value products and services.
Previous real estate sales experience is considered an advantage; however, experience serving high-end clientele is of greater importance.
Ability to build trust-based, professional, and peer-to-peer relationships with clients.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex conversations while representing a premium brand.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Professionalism, diplomacy, and tact when handling sensitive or challenging situations.
Understanding of marketing and communication principles, with the ability to contribute ideas and coordinate the development of marketing materials.
Excellent English language skills and flawless Lithuanian.
