We are currently representing our client in the search for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team in Vilnius. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the implementation and continuous development of an established brand, communications, and marketing direction within a professional services organization.

About the Role

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the organization's communication and marketing initiatives to life. While a clear strategic direction and positioning framework are already in place, this role offers the opportunity to contribute ideas, refine approaches where needed, and ensure their effective and consistent execution.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will oversee communication activities, coordinate content creation, manage external partners, and help strengthen the organization's visibility and reputation through high-quality, impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand and Communications Execution

• Implement and further develop the communication, positioning, and marketing direction across all channels.

• Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice throughout all communication activities.

• Identify opportunities to enhance communication effectiveness and propose improvements aligned with business objectives.

• Monitor market developments and communication trends, translating relevant insights into practical initiatives.

Content and Visibility

• Develop and implement the content plan, including thought leadership initiatives, articles, announcements, social media communication, and other marketing materials.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex topics into engaging and audience-relevant content.

• Create, edit, and review communication materials in both Lithuanian and English, ensuring high quality and consistency.

• Support the visibility and professional positioning of key internal experts.

Marketing Initiatives and Channel Management

• Manage communication activities across digital, media, and event channels.

• Coordinate external suppliers and creative partners, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Explore and introduce new communication formats and tools that enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.

• Take an active hands-on role in delivering marketing and communication projects from concept to execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with business teams and internal stakeholders to align communication activities with organizational priorities.

• Provide communication guidance and support to colleagues to ensure consistency and professionalism in external messaging.

• Foster effective collaboration across teams involved in business development, marketing, and communications activities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in communications and marketing, with a strong track record of executing integrated marketing and communication initiatives.

• Experience within professional services, consulting, or other knowledge-intensive environments would be considered an advantage.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to successfully drive initiatives from planning to delivery.

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

• Hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality work.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Interest in communication trends and willingness to continuously explore new tools and approaches.

• Proficiency in modern communication and digital marketing tools.

• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English.
